Home Run Projects Pty Limited provides professional business consulting and challenge-solving services, which are delivered exclusively through digital and electronic means. This policy clarifies our process for delivering service deliverables.
1. Nature of Our Deliverables
Home Run Projects Pty Limited does not sell or ship physical products. Our deliverables are digital and may include, but are not limited to:
Consulting reports, analysis documents, and strategic plans.
Electronic presentations and summaries.
Digital files (e.g., spreadsheets, software configuration files).
Video conferencing, training sessions, and remote implementation support.
2. Delivery Method
All final deliverables and ongoing communications will be delivered electronically via secure digital channels:
Email: Sent to the primary client contact provided in the Service Agreement.
Secure File Transfer: Via a mutually agreed-upon secure cloud service (e.g., Google Drive, dedicated client portal).
Virtual Meetings: Consultations and presentations delivered via video conferencing software.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes for all services and deliverables are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between Home Run Projects Pty Limited and the client.
Standard Processing: Once a project milestone is complete, the corresponding digital deliverable will be transmitted to the client within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
Acceptance Period: The SOW will define the client's acceptance period for reviewing and approving deliverables.
4. "Shipping" Costs
There are no separate "shipping" costs associated with the delivery of our digital services. All fees, including access to shared digital workspaces, are outlined in the project's SOW or Service Agreement.
